Graduated in 2016 with a degree in Law from the University “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan and a specialization in legal professions from the University Federico II in Naples, she was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 2019. She obtained the Certification of Legal Project Practioner, issued by the International Institute of Legal Project Management. She focuses on civil law, commercial law and art law. As a Legal Project Manager, he collaborates with Milanese firms and Italian companies on legal projects.

Legal Project Management
Legal Project Management (LPM) is a system of methods adopted to improve efficiency in the legal sector. Indeed, recent changes in the legal world have necessitated a new organization of activities, with a greater focus on client needs. The real innovation of LPM concerns the management of legal cases as projects. The Legal Project Manager is thus in charge of managing projects within firms and/or legal departments in order to improve the level of performance or even just to accompany them in a process of technological transformation that, in today’s times, is absolutely necessary.
The goal of the LPM is to enable firms and/or legal departments to make the best use of their internal resources and improve performance while taking into account budgets, planning each and every activity required for project implementation, controlling the related costs and managing the risks.
